POLTYS CANADA NURSE CALL DEALER PROGRAM

More ways to deliver better resident safety.

Build your senior living offering with Direct Care Connect DCC™—nurse call, resident safety and caregiver communication, with options for new installations and compatible existing systems.

THREE DEPLOYMENT PATHS

Start with what the community needs—and what it already has.

Every deployment is built around the DCC server. The right path depends on the equipment in place, required capabilities and project budget.

PATH 01

Full system installation

Build a new nurse call system or replace an existing installation with DCC software and the devices the community needs.

Best fit New construction, expansions and complete replacements.

PATH 02

System upgrade

Connect supported existing systems to DCC to introduce updated alert routing, caregiver communication and reporting. DCC is compatible with more than 25 existing nurse call systems.

Best fit Communities seeking new capabilities while retaining compatible infrastructure.

PATH 03

Server takeover

Replace the nurse call server while retaining supported Inovonics EchoStream wireless hardware, following a compatibility and coverage review.

Best fit Sites with compatible EchoStream equipment and a server that needs upgrading.

Confirm device models, interfaces, software and site conditions before committing to hardware reuse. Compare deployment options →

ONE PLATFORM, A BROADER OFFERING

Build the solution around the care workflow.

Start with the core call system, then add the safety and communication capabilities that fit the community.

Resident call & safety

Wired and wireless call stations, resident pendants, pull cords and contactless fall and sleep monitoring options.

DEALER ENABLEMENT

A clear path from site review to handover.

  1. 01

    Assess the site

Review floor plans, resident needs, response routes and existing equipment. Identify coverage, network and backup power requirements.

  2. 02

    Define the proposal

Work with Poltys on the deployment path, compatible hardware, integrations and licences so the quote reflects the full scope.

  3. 03

    Install & validate

Use the installation guidance to survey wireless coverage, configure devices and verify alert routing, escalation and location where specified.

  4. 04

    Train & hand over

Prepare staff for daily use, record the installed configuration and agree on maintenance responsibilities and support arrangements.

SUPPORT AFTER COMMISSIONING

Build ongoing care into the proposal.

The first year of the DCC Site Maintenance Agreement is included with every DCC software server licence. Coverage is per site and renews annually.

Explore support

Active Site Maintenance includes

  • DCC software releases, hotfixes and security updates
  • Remote technical support and server recovery assistance
  • Alarm database and configuration backup and restore
  • System health alerts and staff/dealer refresher training
  • Priority RMA handling, subject to applicable hardware terms

After-hours emergency support is a separate optional agreement. Product-specific subscriptions, including Advanced Location, should also be included in the project scope.

HAVE A CUSTOMER OPPORTUNITY?

Bring the site details. We’ll help define the next step.

A few details make the first discussion more useful. Share what you know; the initial review can identify what still needs to be surveyed.
