WHO WE SERVE
Find the nurse call setup for your level of care
Match nurse call, communication, monitoring, and hardware to the people you support. DCC serves independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and hospice, with wired and wireless choices for existing communities and new builds.
FIND YOUR FIT
Start with the care setting
The right senior living technology supports how residents live, how staff respond, and how the building is used. Explore the priorities and equipment that fit each setting.

Long Term Care
Connect bedside calls, staff assist, bed-exit monitoring, and voice communication in one DCC workflow. Build around a wired system, extend coverage wirelessly, and give caregivers the detail they need to respond.
Explore long term care
Assisted Living
Give residents practical ways to call for help while keeping daily life comfortable and familiar. DCC combines wireless call options, voice call-back, resident check-ins, and added bedside support as individual needs change.
Explore assisted living
Memory Care
Bring wander management, bed-exit alerts, caregiver communication, and staff assist into a coordinated response. DCC supports a less institutional environment while helping teams stay aware of the residents and spaces that need attention.
Explore memory care
Independent Living
Support active daily life with resident pendants, simple check-ins, fixed pull cords, and voice call-back. DCC connects residents with staff while helping the community retain a comfortable, less institutional feel.
Explore independent living
Hospice
Make it easier for residents, families, and caregivers to reach support. DCC brings bedside calling, voice call-back, staff assist, and call lights together with discreet notifications that respect a calm care environment.

One property can have several different needs
A community may combine independent suites, assisted living, and a memory care area. Plan hardware and alerting by space and care needs while bringing events, staff communication, and reporting into DCC.
Operators with multiple sites can also use shared access and site comparisons to support oversight across the organization.

A starting point for your system design
These are typical use patterns, not fixed packages. Resident needs, staffing, infrastructure, and local procedures shape the final design. Wireless is a common choice for both retrofits and new builds.
On smaller screens, scroll across the table to compare all five settings. “Individual need” and “site-dependent” mean a feature may still be appropriate after review.

ACROSS EVERY LEVEL OF CARE
A less institutional feel, with a clear response plan
Resident comfort and staff awareness belong in the same design. Match the way alerts are delivered to the environment and the people using it.
Make room for a conversation
Voice call-back is valued across care settings. A Communication Hub or another supported voice endpoint lets staff clarify a request and offer reassurance before arriving.
Explore voice communicationDirect alerts to the right staff
Use assignments, zones, priorities, and escalation to bring relevant calls to supported handsets and smartphones. Reduce reliance on overhead paging while retaining call lights or audible alerts where needed.
Explore alert routingMake help accessible to staff, too
Staff assistance belongs at every level of care. Wearable and mobile options support staff on the move; Multicall and Communication Hub stations add fixed staff-assist access in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and hospice.

Shared rooms need more than a room number
In long-term care, a double-occupancy room can use the Hub Station or Communication Hub with two call cord jacks, each with its own unique ID. Distinct bed labels help staff tell which resident’s bedside initiated the call.

Plan the care workflow and the installation together
Wired systems are often requested in long-term care. Wireless is popular across other care settings and can also complement wired installations. Assess the existing equipment, coverage, voice infrastructure, and room needs before choosing a path.
Full system installation
Plan the DCC server, software, call points, and staff communication for a new build or complete replacement.
